Founder Jason Fendick comments, “Our love of the Spanish sociable dining scene and coffee culture inspired us to open PINCHITOtapas in EC1. The seasonal dishes, authentic produce and relaxed atmosphere are indicative of the bars we visited in the El Born district in Barcelona.”
