London born lady, Claire has been with the group for four years working the various personalities and executing creative plans. She brings the best out in everyone and makes it happen.

Martin Tarnoczy,  The Management

Martin has been with us since the very beginning. He has perfected the art of looking like he is having a ball whilst being incredible busy and always gets it done. Whatever it is! A  natural born charmer – he is always smiling and will make it his personal mission to make your day.

Character – Like a dirty Martini, a little bit cheeky,  a little bit filthy and a whole lot of fun.

Thomas Girard, The Management

No matter how many double shifts, double shots or double ahem’s he has had the night before, Thomas delivers exemplary professionalism and capability. Tobias right hand man since joining Pinchito in 2008 – he is a rare find that melds three of the most important attributes in a bartender: passion, knowledge and creativity.
Character – from Normandy, and like the region’s Calvados, he is strong, mature and delightful.

Alex Harrap, The Graff Man

Freelance illustrator for  over 10 years, Alex can turn his extremely talented hand to any style or genre. He has designed for Red Bull, SIZE? Shoe’s, Barcardi, Cuban Brothers, Art Republic & Bestival to name a few.  Inspirations include beat boxing, break dancing, urban cityscapes, fake mustaches, short skirts, trees and flowers – what more could you ask for?

Character – complex, multi-layed powerhouse who is sure to leave a smile on your face!
