Ibizan born Valeria, brings a wealth of enthusiasm to the group. Following Spanish traditions she owes her culinary skills to her Mother who taught her from a tender age. She currently oversee’s PINCHITOtapas EC1 kitchen – ensuring authenticity with experimentation. With over 10 years experience as a front of house manager in both Spain and Britain, she delivers exemplary service and dedication.
