New Sites & Bumpy Rides

Yo Yo Yo! Just to let you know that work has already started on our new site, located in WC1. Jason and his team are busy ripping stuff out, drilling, banging and transforming it into a chic little PINCHITOtapas. If all goes to plan then we will be opening our doors to you lovely lot by the end of September!

PINCHITOtapas sure do appreciate loyal customers. One guy in particular – I will call him Scottish Jim (probably because that is his name) turns up every day like clockwork, sits at his ‘usual’ bar stool and orders his ‘usual’ beer and tapas. The guy has been coming in so long now that on the one day he didn’t show I thought about calling the police and reporting him as a missing person. It’s impossible to get tired of his endless yarns – that is when you understand them through his thick accent.

Think you know paella?

According to Tobi there are three areas in Spain that lay claim to being the most famous for producing the best Paella – Valencia, Alicante and Castellon.

Our new EC1 head chef Fonsi – is from Valencia, his mother from Castellon and his father from Alicante! Ho!

Wednesdays are our paella day and Fonsi has been surprising us with his creativity combined with extensive traditional knowledge .
