Pioneering drinks creator, and friend, Tony Conigliaro introduced us to this amazing website on food pairing and we have been creating mouth watering combinations  (cocktails and tapas) based on the recommendations. Lastly but by no means least(ly?) we are delighted to have won two categories for 2009 Archant Food & Drink Awards. Despite stiff competition PINCHITOtapas walked away with Best Late Night Bar and Tobi was crowned Mixologist of the Year. Look out for the restaurant review in local London newspapers!
